Booking & Cancellation Policy

​

APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE BOOKING - NO WALK INS

​

Cancellations & Rescheduling

No changes or cancellations are permitted within 24 hours of your appointment time.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so as early as possible to avoid fees.

Voucher Bookings

For appointments booked using a gift voucher, a 50% fee of the booking value will be deducted from the voucher for:

Cancellations made within 24 hours.

100% for No-shows.

Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.

 

Late Arrivals

Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment or the appointment being rescheduled.

Late arrivals are still charged the full-service fee.

Arrival time: On time or 5 minutes before.

December Appointments

Require a 50% deposit to secure the booking.

This deposit is non-refundable if:

You cancel within 24 hours, or you do not show up to your appointment.

Payments

Accepted:  Cash, Eftpos, Credit Card VISA + Mastercard, Online bank deposits

All payments are to be made in full at appointment. 

We do NOT accept any buy now pay later or payment plan provider options.

GIFT VOUCHER purchase + redeeming 

Online via www.aquabeautyandwellness.co.nz instant Gift Voucher sent to purchasers' email or choose to email the voucher direct to the recipient.

Secure PayPal enter Credit Card or Visa Debit details

Gift Vouchers are valid for 1 year.

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable. Valid for treatments/service + retail products.

If your voucher is for a certain treatment/service that you would prefer to change or add to. Please get in touch as the value comes back to the specific $ value at purchase and we are happy to accommodate you to the value for any treatments you specifically choose.

Parking

Free parking available. Please park IN FRONT of the garage. To the left you will see a ranch slider. Entry is via ranch slider. If you are early to your appointment and the shutter blinds are closed, please wait in your car.

Disclosure: New Client Consultation Form

Every new client is required to fill in a consultation form on arrival. This for your safety and is to be used in the purposes of identifying and contraindications to a services, treatments or product you may use or that we use on your skin and body. In some cases, a treatment may be refused for the safety or the client and Beauty Therapist.

This information is strictly confidential, and a copy will be stored electronically & securely on your client file along with the history of treatments and purchases. If at any stage pre, during or post treatment you have any questions please ask, or if your experience is uncomfortable, please notify the Beauty Therapist. For any questions pre or post treatment please ask or contact via phone or email.

 

Age/care: Girls from the age of 10 to 17 are welcome to enjoy a selection of treatments with the permission of a parent, guardian or caregiver.

Needing advice, when to start hair removal, skincare etc , please get in touch.

Elderly: Clients are welcome, assistance with mobility and comfort is supported. Please get in touch if you have concerns or questions for yourself and/or family member.

Babies/Children: You can bring your little one, preferably in capsule or pushchair for safety and restraint. We do encourage having time for yourself but understand that is not always possible.

After placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Please retain this email as proof of purchase.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days once payment is authorized and verified.

If delays occur, we will contact you directly.

Times provided are estimates only and not guaranteed.

External factors such as weather or courier delays may impact delivery.

Standard Shipping

Delivery within 3–7 business days (NZ only).

No PO Boxes accepted for delivery.

Damaged Items

If your package is damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number so we can assist you.

Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is faulty or damaged.

For faulty items, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
